- CashPoints can also be collected for Selling W3CERT Courses and Referrals made by a Student Icon.
So, How you can collect Cash Points (CP) ?
- By Conducting Tech Seminars and Workshops in colleges can give CP's upto 50.
- Submitting papers on SIP's Conference, based on the score CP's can be earned. (SIP's Conference are planned to happen every 6 month's once)
- Running a campaign through a Blog, Website, Email (Online Marketting) or SMS can be the best way to earn CP's.
So, How do we select, the Student Icons ?
- Eligibility Criterias: - Students under recognized universities (and affiliated colleges) studying 2nd, 3rd and Final year are allowed to participate in W3CERT Student Icon programme.
- Polytechnic College students are also eligible to participate in this programme.
- Students from any stream can participate to get benefitted.
- Must have a Good Communication Skill.
- Optional: Certifications obtained in Programming, Network or Security Domains.

- We test your communication skill and presentation skill through the Video Resume, which you have to submit in the email.
- Record a Video using Digital Camera or Web Camera or Mobile Camera and upload it to Youtube.com .
- You may choose any technology (non academics) related title to present it in the video for 5 minutes. (Titles Example: 4G, Android, SilverLight, Windows 7)
- Start with your self introduction for 30 seconds and then proceed with the Title. Use better lightings and less noise environment to record the video.
- Once recording is done, upload the video to youtube and send the URL to

- Do Specify your Skills and Talents, Projects you have done (if any), and Area of Interest in the Resume.
- Finalists will be displayed in the W3CERT's Youtube Channel and Confirmation email will also be sent to them.
